Count down method (deeping)

Alpha exercise

Practice this exercise in the morning when you first wake up.

1. When you awake up in the morning, go to the bathroom if you have to, then go back to the bed.

2. Close your eyes and turn them slightly upward toward your eyebrows (about 20 degrees).

3. Count backward slowly from 100 to 1.
Do this silently; that is, do it mentally to yourself.
Wait about one second between numbers.

4. When you reach the count of one, hold a mental picture of yourself as a success.
An easy way to do this is to receall the most recent time when you were 100 percent succesful.
Recall the setting, where you were and what the scene looked like, what you did, and what you felt like.

5. Repeat mentally, "Every day, in every way, I am getting better, better, and better."

6. Then say to yourself, "I am going to count from 1 to 5;
when I reach the count of five, I will open my eyes, feeling fine and in perfecrt health, feeling better than before."

7. Begin to count.
When you reach 3, repeat, "When I reach the count of 5, I will open my eyes, feeling fine and in perfect health, feeling better than before."

8. Continue your count to 4 and 5.
At the count of 5, open your eyes and tell yourself mentally,
"I am wide awake, feeling fine and in perfect health, feeling better than before. And this is so."


This is actually simple 3 steps
1. Count backward from 100 to 1.
2. Imagine yourself succesful.
3. Count yourself out 1 to 5, reminding yourself that you are wide awake, feeling fine, and in perfect health.


40 days
100-1 for 10 mornings
50-1 for 10 mornings
25-1 for 10 mornings
10-1 for 10 mornings
after 40 mornings, 5-1

Programming

1. Sit comfortably in a chair and close your eyes.
Any position that is comfortable is a good position.

2. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, relax your body.

3. Count backward slowly from 50 to 1.

4. Daydream about some peaceful place you know.

5. Say to yourself mentally, "Every day, in every way, I am getting better, better, and better."

6. Remind yourself mentally that when you open your eyes at the count of five, you will feel wide awake, better than before.
When you reach the count of three, repeat this, and when you open your eyes, repeat it ("I am wide awake, feeling better than before").

Do them daily when you get home in the evening.

Beta: above 14cps, typically 20 cps when body and mind are active and eyes focused

My 3 Scene Technique

1. Visualize that I have nice car, home, and my family enjoying life, mom doesn't work, dad doesn't have worry anymore, my bro finally gained purchasing power, my rabbit becomes healthier, etc.

2. Visualize current situation.
Mom works over time and even when she needs rest and treatment, she's worried about the cost and doesn't have time to have it either.
Dad can't get a job and even though he doesn't say it, it somewhat gives him financial worry as he can't be the pillar of the family.
My bro doesn't like the school as he knows there isn't much point going there but more than that he didn't have things of himself for so long.
My rabbit needs certain treatment and he couldn't take it for many years.
I'm out of school, lost the money I invested on the stocks, have OSAP debt to payback.
My family needs money to sustain our lives but more than that, we need money soon to pay the mortgage and have money for the future.

3. Visualize about the solution and taking it into action
I'm researching and analyzing the possible pattern and formula of the OLG Lotto Max to win the 1st prize

4. Imagine that I have one the 1st prize
Looking at the number on my lottery and in a thrill that I got the winning number
My family screams in joy when I tell them
Happily receive the check at OLG
